I work one-on-one with a small number of people ready to elevate their health, vitality, and personal awakening to a new level. Drawing on over 25 years of clinical experience and deep roots in holistic medicine, I support clients in unlocking sacred wisdom and greater aliveness in their bodies.

In these sessions, we’ll explore what can create the biggest shift in your life—boosting vitality, health, and alignment. Online and in-person wellness sessions are tailored to your unique needs, our overall treatment plan, and what is most relevant in the moment.

Schedule a Session

Please schedule appointments above on this page with my online scheduler. You may schedule up to one hour before the start time of an appointment.

 

Rescheduling or Cancelling a Session
 

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with links to reschedule or cancel your session if needed.
 

Cancellation Policy
 

If you need to cancel or change a scheduled appointment, I require 48 hours' advance notice. Otherwise, you will be charged the full fee for your session.

If you are going to be late, please text and let me know.  If you have not logged on within the first 10 minutes of your appointment, it will be considered canceled, and you will be responsible for the full payment of your session.

 

Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due at the time of service.

Do you take insurance?
 

I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your provider before making your appointment. I do not bill your insurance company directly.

 

What payment methods can I use?
 

When you sign up using my scheduling software, you will be asked to provide a credit card. This is my preferred payment method.

 

What if I need to cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel appointments by using the links included in your confirmation email. I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
